Into my third week! yea! Not to kid anyone! It’s been a steady self reminder of staying with my requirements of food and work out. I’m happy about losing and it makes me feel great 👍🏾. Nevertheless I’m mentally drained! I love the taste of food and I do enjoy it. My problem is I never know when to stop. I don’t know how to just treat myself and walk away. I enter the yo-yo dieting phase. Weakness takes over and I’m back to old habits of indulging. The only way to restrain my food craze is to keep treats my enemy. Just say no until I can get a control and know what a treat is. I truly believe treats build my appetite and put me into cravings for more.
