Avoiding the carbs for now, is amazing. I am not hungry all the time. I have been through this before, but this year's crappy weather dragged out my "Winter" eating habit. I got to where I started eating A LOT of sugar and BAD carbs. I have never liked white crappy bread, but started eating my hub's and making grilled cheese. Feeling so much better, it's a start to get back on track. For Today!
