I met all my goals yesterday, except putting away laundry. lol. No soda and my hubby grilled chicken and corn (he's a Grill Master!) I can't believe how much writing my goals down worked! I also ran a little more than a mile. I wanted to do more but kept getting a stitch, so today I am going to try and hydrate more and see what I can do tonight.
I also have registration today for classes at USF! I get to leave work early at 2 which is the best part but I am really looking forward to finishing school no matter how long it takes me.
Goals for today:
1. I can have 1 soda if I need, but if I do I don't get another one until Saturday. 2. Run 2 miles after I get home. 3. Weight train arms, it's been like a week!
