Ugh..... Feeling a little drained and un-motivated today. Working 10 hour days this week at work and it is already starting to effect me.

Hang in there. I had a couple 'low motivation' day's last week, and I am also a bit drained today. For me, all I do is make myself START a workout and trust that it will carry through to the end. Hang in there!

Thanks!!!! :O) I am going to keep pushing along!!! It is just harder to get started; like you said. It seems that once I am done working out I always feel better - it's just getting myself to push play!!
