finally, down a few pounds!! YIPPEEE...I have been pretty good about working out at the gym in the office. I feel like 45 minutes is soon not going to be enough time, so I will have to commit to doing my cardio at work and my weights at the gym...just as often as I can without beating myself up over it!!
