One of my life’s challenges continues. It does not defines who I totally am. But for now I’m completely committed. By no means is it a piece of cake. But I’m in control so I am sticking to it. I’m staying busy around the house. Sorting clothes, digging the yard, cleaning my cabinets are a few of the things that help distract me from trying to dive for a food plate. Had a good day today. l walked 4 miles. Tomorrow is weigh in day. I’m looking forward to it. 👍🏾🙏🏾v
