The reason I 'no solid food' fast so much is that it is something I can do "long term". However, because I *am* taking in calories and carbs I don't get the Intermediate Fasting benefit true fasting would provide, but, when I run 3-5 miles a day that 'gets the scale moving' and I can usually drop a pound a day. Good luck!

Yes i plan on going to the gym every day i work. I will rotate between running and doing the full body circuit. Hoping for a nice day soon so I can get outside and run. I want to increase run time and get to/ maintain my goal weight. I need to stop yo-yo dieting. Though its gotten me this far, i know i can do more

@kaylinrenee - I totally understand the desire to not 'yo-yo'! However, for me, I have just 'accepted it'. If I could 'mentally' stay 'on track' I could stop the 'yo-yo' effect, but, I just can't-seem-to-do-it (sigh). So, up and down my weight has gone for 9 months now... For me, it has not been too bad. I have remained within 15lbs of my BMI weight for the entire 9 months.
