1/2 cantaloupe for breakfast, because lunch is going to be bad. Going for Burger King for lunch and I'm not going to eat a salad. Must have fries....The real salad will be for supper. I just can't be perfect like those fitness gurus or the low-carb preachers at work. Balance is the key for me.....although a lot of that keto food people post looks so good. One of these days, I'm going to try one of those keto recipes.
