Ive stayed on phase 1 an extra week and havent noticed any extra weighht loss. maybe my body lost the first 10 so fast it needs to go to phase 2 for a while then back to phase 1. Im not sure. And I only cheated this morning I had whole grain cereal, I was overly stressed and wanted cereal like it would save my life. Plus i have been so sick i cant taste anything and haver no appetite so havent eaten a whole lot. but still no extra weight loss. My body is holding on to it, LET GO!! well wednesday is pahase 2 for me. Im gonna stock up on meal bars and shakes.
