Okay, so yesterday I still was in the pig out zone. So I decided I would go for a 4 mile walk yesterday, starting at 5:30pm. I live in SC. The heat index yesterday varied from 100 to 104. The temperature yesterday was around 98 degrees Fahrenheit. I had drank alot of liquids before hand, so I assumed I was good. And I was good while walking in the shade and while the wind was blowing. It was the stretchs of nothing but sunshine that kind of did me in...that and my dillusion that I could walk 4 miles in the summer before the sun started to set. I did make 2.58 miles yesterday. Nearly vomited (the urge was there toward the end of the walk, but I fought the good fight), and it took me a long time to cool down. I had the motivation to walk the latter part to get the 4 miles in after choir practice,...but alas I had done too much and totally blew off choir practice AND the remaining miles to reach my 4 miles.

But great news! I lost 2lbs! :)

Couple of changes I've made - put a note on my calendar (phone) - that tells me when snack time is - 10:30am and 3:30pm. Lunch is at 12pm and I cannot multi-task during lunch. During snack times, I must have 1 protein and 1 veggie or 1 fruit. I am not to get snacks from the vending machine for the next 14 days. Before I eat - I must drink 8 fl oz of water. Plus I will be walking when the sun is starting to set now. No more craziness!!! (Then I remember the golf tournament we have this weekend....heat index
