trepetski's Journal, 23 June 2010

Well, I ate and ate and ate yesterday. It was like a never ending pit of hunger that I just could not fill. Oh well, nothing I can do about it now. Believe it or not my carbs were still under 20NC but I don't know how. Promised myself a gym visit today. I need it. And I have to prepare for my presentation tomorrow. Took the day off just to make sure I am ready.

At least you ate and ate acceptable foods and didn't eat the stuff you weren't supposed to. You will probably be ok.

That's what I love about the science behind Atkins. You can eat more foods and stay under your carbs for the day and be satisfied. Good for you. You'll be just fine.

Stay positive. Good job on staying under on your carbs. Thanks for the positive comments on my journal. The secret to the 11 pound loss for me is being severely obese and it being week one of my Atkins restart.

Well, congrats. 11 pounds is an amazing start and should definitely come with some motivation. Stick with us and you should be able to stick to your diet. This site is so helpful and I truly appreciate everyone on here.

Tarah, I just checked your food journal, and you are doing just fine. Yes, the cals were a little over, but the percentages were right on. Keep up the good work. And remember you could have binged on bad stuff, but you didn't!! Great job controlling what you ate!

Just think.. you could have eaten stuff like pizza, cupcakes and such. Good job staying under the carbs! Nothin' like a block of cheese to block you up! Have a great weekend!!
