kscrusader's Journal, 26 November 2012

I went to the doctor today and found out I have slightly elevated blood pressure. I will try the medication for a short period of time. I really want exercise and diet to help this health issue. Let's hope that weight loss and exercise will eventually solve the problem.

I am doing well with my eating. I gained 2 pounds during Thanksgiving, but at least it wasn't 10! I am just taking it one day at a time and eating less. Portion control and control fat intake.

Keep getting your BP checked regularly. Perhaps see a nutritionist to review your diet. The 2lb gain during turkey time was probably just water gain. It will come off in no time. Thanks for the buddy request. Take care.
