Yesterday was a good day!!! I was super good w/ my eating. I just thought about how Momo was talking about eating fruits all day long and decided to give that a go. You can eat so much more volume if you are eating fruit as opposed to a tiny little Yoplait yogurt! :)

I worked out hardcore (well as hardcore as I personally can be lol) last night. In fact after I was done my workout Salem was on the Wii so we challenged each other to some of the Yoga poses. I beat him at pretty much all of them. Probably because I'm way shorter so it's easier to hold the poses? As soon as we got to the first "advanced" one I gave up. It was called "Dance" pose, and it is HARD! I like yoga though. It's fun. And based on Jessy's diet, I looked up my Blood Type, which is A, and it said I should do exercises like yoga. Interesting!

The scale was nice to me today. Down a pound. Whoo hoo! If only that were a daily occurrence.

Today I'm doing the fruit grazing thing again. Have blueberries, banana, grapes, and strawberries.

THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
1) All the delicious summer fruits to choose from
2) Air conditioning! It's like 95 outside right now
3) Friends who are there for you through thick and thin

Pretty new pic - Woo hoo! Yoga is not for me - I have no balance what so ever - I think its because I had a series of inner ear infections when I was younger and it totally killed my equil libreum... or I'm just a clutz! Anyway, eating fruits are great, but I guess we should watch out for the sugar intake too. I was thinking about doing 1-2 fruit days, then a more protien fueled day with grilled chicken and stuff like that. Anyway, have a great day, and yeah, it is warm out there!

Down a pound, Yeaaaa :) I have heard about the blood type diet, sounds interesting. I have wondered what it would say about me? Wonderful new pic Chris! Just beautiful :)

Great job Chris down a pound. Yea! I not one for yoga either. I am not good in the patience department lol but I'm glad you are ejoying it. Lots of concentration needed for that and I just can never relax enough. lol 95 wow you're lucky I like the warm weather.

great job on your loss! i like yoga too, and pilates- they did wonders for my body years ago. sounds like you are bing quite positive and you did your work out! yay! is it starting to get easier now? enjoy the weather and keep that air conditioner pumpin!

Hi Chris! So you are A blood type, the vegetarian one I think. Go ahead with fruits, they can only do good to you. But don't forget to eat also protein, after exercising your body needs to build muscles. Have a good day!

I love volume in food and I am also an A type blood type. I don't follow the blood type diet, specifically, but I am really happiest when I eat tons of fruits and vegetables and grains. Try it out and see what you think. Great job on the pound!
