Correction not on OMAD defined... Actually doing 20/4 IF...my feeding window is defined...not on a 1 meal deal. I want to graze for 4 hours. Not sure what is happening but losing water weight or ? Good stuff. Sub 200 in sight.
201.7 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 21.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
