I am EMBARRASSED at how much I ate yesterday. Just ate ALL DAY LONG. Fortunately I took a few hours to sleep last night, otherwise I might have eaten all night as well!!! What's up with that?????
So today, I brought more veggies with me versus the replacement shake. I thought....It couldn't be worse!
So instead of random snacking. I have carrot sticks and grapes just under my monitor of my computer. I see them there. Fortunately, with carrots you can't go nuts eating them. They WILL fill you up!
Anyone else eating like a cow - trying to fill up those 7 stomachs? Or am I just standing alone here???
