Took my blood test today, with my physical scheduled for Tuesday. I decided I would use my once every 3 months cheat day..... The plan was a Philly cheesesteak and fries.... but it didn't go as planned. I could only eat half the sandwich and maybe 8 fries. Gave the rest to my 3 dogs.
This was sooo strange as this is essentially my favorite meal. It is how I got to be 326 pounds..... down to 241.6 today.
