Hi all I'm not sure how I did this but I'm up 2lbs aargh. So, I guess I need to start over again and stay away from carbs they tend to pack on weight for me~! At least I don't have any major plans for the weekend other than working thru the Holiday and exams for College. It crazy hot out here in California again, in the 90's .I guess it top at 100 yesterday.(Yikes) But, I'm sure many of you it is much hotter and more humid than that.Humidity isnt bad here at all.

I know what you mean about the carbs. I had no problem with the bean and fruit carbs but its the cereal & wheat bread carbs that my body doesn't like- As soon as I added them to the diet the weight loss slowed down quite a bit- Hang in there! I'm in Florida hot & humid as hell, I feel your pain.

Your body weight naturally fluctuates so much it is bound to go up and down from time to time. If you space out your weigh ins a bit more, you be less likely to get frstrated by these. Advice I should take, lol!
