Ok so officially people are going out of their way to say “wow, you’ve lost weight.. keep it up”

It’s not just my feelings only.. have much more energy. Today I spontaneously decided to build an old lady a seating area where she can put on her shoes.. feel so good about it. Bespoke steel reinforced with hidden rivets that have equalized force distribution and looks perfect with added crystal post backrest adornments. Her seat collapsed and I just had to do something. Custom parts manufactured in her backyard with my drill, angle grinder, router, spare steel anglebar and Masonite.. chop chop
As a bonus, their helper brought me refreshing cool sodawater in the blazing sun. I’m going to ask her to clean my surgery (support her with overtime cash); she’s so happy she said she wants me to help her with her teeth. So now the benefits of my extra energy are growing

I weigh in about every week, this time I wanted to more listen to my body changing. It helps for when the weight stays static and you still improving. It’s anticipating where the important milestones are anyway without the numbers being overwhelming- which risks the whole programme (in my case)
