So the impossible IS possible!
Went from triple digits to double. My clothes are massively oversized. Pants held up by braces are clownlike under my loosely hanging shirts that show chest and for the first time in forever.. NO STOMACH
Almost all people comment positively. I’m now able to do sit-ups and cycle with no stomach in the way. Started running everyday and doing weights every other day. Doing the 2km went from 35min down to 24, now 17:30min!
I wonder if 11:15 is even possible. 17 includes three breath catching walks so let’s see!
Guys please never give in, the light is at the end of the tunnel
