Hi everyone haven't written in a few work has been crazy, Came down from the 2lb spike but just still don't get it. I took the last two days off from working out for one on wed I stood with all my gear on for 10hrs in 90 deg weather wathcing over a scene( talk about taking it out of you) and yesterday I was beat and need some time to relax. But today ate ok not great but not bad and exercise
run 1.5mil 15:30 down 18 more seconds still about 3 mins to come off by sept 12 situps and a I think called blaster ball abe workout either way it looked inocent but Iam feeling them already. Did a few pushups but the wrist is doing worse instead of better so its taking a bit. I hope the weight comes off soon got my new bathsuit for the cruise and it looks TERRIBLE, a whale in pink!!!!!

You might consider using FitDay.com to help you count calories. While many people don't like to do that, it practically guarantees that you will lose. FitDay makes it short work of it (though it's not quite perfect). Just an idea. Good luck anicolet!

This is really funny...I just tried on my bathing suit and I swear I felt the same thing except I looked like a huge Lemon in a yellow suit. Don't be so hard on yourself, your doing great!
