Hey oh!!!!! Almost at goal for the month! .8 more pounds....But at this rate, I might exceed the 195 goal by 2/28 😁🙌🏽♥️
195.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! I did a half hour of yoga in the morning and took advantage of the sunshine by going for an hour and a half hike in the afternoon. I'm glad I did because it's nothing but snow today!
