Well
You can see by the chart that I haven't lost any weight. After loosing about 1/2 lb a day - I stopped. I also stopped regular functions.
Yesterday I started a detox program. I also went on a natural laxitive. I hope this will jumpstart my progress.
I also took a look at my journal. I stopped loosing weight when I sarted eating the way other's said. My fat intake increased. My calories increased. And, my system was messed up. For now, I am going to do what feels right in my body.
Today is day 1 of the detox.
