I have been away for awhile. Unfortunately, I did not meet the goals I set for myself for the months of September and October. All I can do is be better.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 October 2012:
1316 kcal Fat: 69.84g | Prot: 48.52g | Carb: 131.90g.   Breakfast: raisins, Quaker Oatmeal, Slivered almonds, JuicePlus Orchard Blend Capsule. Lunch: taco bell guacamole, Taco Bell nacho tortilla chips, Taco Bell taco supreme. Dinner: Dannon Oikos black cherry yogurt, Delectables original buttery snack crackers, Delectables original buttery snack crackers, Market Pantry colby jack cheese bars. Snacks/Other: Skippy crunchy peanut butter, Nature Valley granola thins. more...

You have to keep at it until you find that groove that works. I was trying different things since April, I finally found my groove in late Sept... Sometimes it takes a while to find the motivation and get some bad habits replaced. For me, the thing that put it over the edge is finding out I weighed 7 lbs more than I thought. I thought I was losing slowly since April. However, even since September I've had some bad days, but I try and make sure I recover quickly instead of having a bad week, just a bad day or two. GOOD LUCK!! You'll get this!!
