Okay here goes. I am not good at this journal thingy. I don't even facebook. Too much prying. Would you not know it. I have been loosing 1.5 pounds per week since I started back in September 10th. So I had gotten down to 190lbs. I Start this great useful website and now I have gained two pounds. Yet I have been doing all the same things I did before finding this place. Last night I ran my treadmill for 6.15 miles in one hour. I only went over my 1800 calories by 84, (1884calories). I write down all I eat cause, why lie about it. Yourself knows the truth, can't hide things from self. So I can't figure out what has changed to gain instead of losing. I can feel that I have a tightness in my knees. So maybe it is just stress fluid from running. They have been hurting just a bit since last Wednesday. So I dropped my incline on the hampster wheel from 5.5% to just 3%, and just did a steady 6mph. I was doing the last fifteen minutes at one minute burst of 6,7,8,9,10 mph then dropping down to 5.5mph for one minutes in between. My treadmill says that when I do this I burned 430 cal in that hour. I like what this site says, that I burn 905 calories in that hour. But which is right? So far for the month of October I have ran 83.31 miles and swam 2 miles. By halloween it should add another 12 miles. For a total of 95.31 running miles. I had secretly set myself a goal of 100 miles this month but life happened one night my youngest lost her wallet over on cammpus and we made a mad dash back over there to see if we could find it. Yeah! We did. No walk about that night. Then my husbands birthday shows up and we went out for dinner to celebrate another year. So I am going to set up this goal again even knowing that Thanksgiving is just around the corner.
