another interesting post: "I may not be perfect, but I will always be unique"
So yesterday was quite interesting, well the walk home was anyways.. with the high winds coming from the north the direction that I go it was literally like pushing a car uphill. Just trying to keep my balance was a task all to itself. Then to add to the excitement the hydro at my place flickered off and on all night. There were also times that the wind was so strong it rattled my windows and made really creepy sounds on the roof. Then I read about the devistation in NY and my heart went out to them. People killed and water flooding certain areas, and the loss of hydro to thousands. Certainly made what we are experiencing here seem like childs play.
On to some happier news.. for the first time in a long time I had a giggle fest last night, everything just seemed so funny to me. I laughed so hard that my sides hurt. I do not know why this mood hit me but it felt great. Today however I am tired but still feeling the small sence of stability. Perhaps all the reading I have been doing is really starting to pay off. The truth of the matter is just when you think you know all about your disorder some new symptom raises it's head and the hardest part is accepting that these episodes happen. However when you reach that level it makes life a whole lot easier. With this different state of mind I think I can start concentrating on my original task here and that is to loose the weight that I want to see gone. First step is to remove the word can't and replace it with can. I just need to remain positive, keep the faith and stay strong.
Well that's about it for this windy journal...
Grateful for: family job hydro caring & supportive people fs buddies who read and comment on my journals understanding the truth and overcoming denial.
Have a good day, and everyone no matter what you do today please remain safe... much love and respect <3

I like when I get the giggles. I love to laugh, because we go through so much struggle and so much suffering... Anyways, enjoy it and I agree, we must do the best we can to learn to stay positive!

lol... I find there is always something or someone to laugh at.. sometimes all it takes is a long look in the mirror.. Laughing at one self is easier to handle then people who laugh at you.
giggle, giggle, lol lol
