guys 112 doesnt mean fit. it doesnt mean toned or skinny with a flat stomach. it doesnt mean 0%body fat. its a NUMBER. it doesnt mean im perfect and cant improve. hope this helps.

I completely understand you! I get mad when people suggest that 100 lb. is too low, being a little person sucks. 😡 But , I still think you are eating too little, with fasting days or not your daily average should not be less than 1200. I still have belly fat, but I decided to start maintenance mode, and my maintenance is 1,700 , not too happy with that, and the less you eat the less your maintenance calories will be.

I eat more than i log. I didnt log this last week but i was probably at 1500 a day saturday till yesterday. Consistency is my problem. Diablo. I keep saying im goung to start but i havent yet... cardio just isnt doing it for me.

Okay girl, that makes sense. I know how much I eat because I log my food all the time. Remember that consistency is what matters in this game. One bad weekend is going to do nothing if you worked hard the past 5 days.

Okay, I wish I was where you are, but the last time I weighed that I was maybe 10? Right now, I am struggling with making myself go to the gym again. I think you look great, the number does not tell how great your sense of humor is, or how creative you are, and if anyone says something crass, they are just butt heads.
