Arg. Red Lobster has a new cauliflower au gratin side dish, asked server if it had bread in it (that I was watching carbs), and said no bread. Turns out serving has 12 NET carbs because it had wheat. I guess I wasnt specific enough when asking.

sheesh, what's the point of a cauliflower side if it is drowned in carbs?

One addition. I DID see an impact to my blood-sugar from the wheat. All carbs are not the same.
Doing the math (fiber & NC), there had to be almost TWO TABLESPOONS of flour in the one-serving of cauliflower.
Unbelievable!
