Bloody BBQ's and my desire to stuff my face!!!! Let ,myself down really badly. I swear its like a black cloud comes over me and I am oblivious to what I am doing. I drank AGAIN!!!! My stomach hurts today. mean, who has a BBQ with no salad???? There was pasta salad, Sandwiches, savory scotch eggs...but no greens.

I bought the brownies and ended up having some of those instead of the cake. I suppose I should just be pleased I didn't have any of the birthday cake or the bread rolls, sauces or other non-atkins friendly stuff. But there is a limit to where to stop and I lost my control. I feel so depressed and let down.

Can't wait to get back to my home now and put a chicken onto roast and make a massive salad. Went way over my calories, I know you don't really have to pay too much attention to calories, but I have personally found I need to and did almost double my daily allowance in meat!

I know full well I am out of Ketosis, fine but please don't let me have gained too much weight (please scales! Be kind!)

Resisting special foods can be a real challenge! But you did great and gave the cake and breads a pass. Hop right back on the wagon and just keep going forward. Life's too short to beat yourself up for being human.
