Low carb pancakes and bacon!

Haha, snookie. Noooo. I barely used any honey because keto.

Nmreyna, 4 T almond butter, 2 T coconut flour, 1 egg, enough coconut milk or other liquid to get the right consistency, a smidgen (1/32 tsp or just a little pinch) baking soda and salt, plus honey if you want. I used cinnamon and cardamom. I wish I had raspberries to top with but they're out of season...
