@sonnet - I just crumble and brown 1/2 package of tofu on the stove with a little coconut oil spray, cut up an apple and simmer it in some water in a separate pan for as long as it takes the tofu to brown, then mix the two together in a bowl and pour in 1/4 cup almond milk and top with some cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and a few drops of liquid stevia.
