The batteries in my scale are dead.... blast. lol.
Need to drink more water again. I don't like water so it's hard for me... I went about a week drinking TONS but then stopped lol. So. Time to start again.

Hi, I just wanted to comment on how hard it is to drink water for many people, so don't feel bad. I have the same issue with drinking water because I was a big Pepsi freak. Although I didn't drink alot of Pepsi it is loaded with carbs and calories. Honestly, the more I started to drink water, the easier it got. Sometimes it still is hard, but if I drink coffee in the morning, I follow it with a bottle of water. I bought one of those Evian bottles with the red flip top lids from a gas station, and you can refill them at home with tap water. It is not too much water to drink. I just fill it up and remind myself to drink although I may not be thirsty. That was one of my mistakes, drinking only when I'm thristy. Sip on your water and keep it close and in a container that is portable. Then you can take it in your car, outside, wherever. Also, I noticed that your carb intake for this morning was 51 grams. If you ate bacon and eggs or ham and eggs, you would virtually have not eaten really any carbs, and gotten a lot of protein. Cut the carbs and this will help you lose weight. I was a calorie counter before ten weeks ago, and I have dropped ten and half pounds by looking at the carbs I am eating. Try to do about 100 carbs in a day, and I promise you will lose weight, but remember you have to stick with it. I hope my advice will help you. I got this advice from my nutritionist/nurse practitioner, and it worked!!!! Eat three meals a day. If you like salmon, salads, baked chicken, any meat that isn't fried, you are good. Replace your carbs, such as the potatoes and rice with veggies and meat. I guarantee you will lose weight. I hope this may help. I am still trying to get to my goal weight. Good Luck and drink the water. It will get better. Also, you can drink Coke zero (no carbs or calories). It is better than diet sodas, but you do have to get used to it too. I drink it because it gives me the carbonation and the feeling that I am drinking a pepsi, but without the calories or carbs. It does take some getting used to. Holly

Holly Your advise to Zoespirit is helpful to me too. I have trouble drinking water as well, but I have been bringing it with me in the car lately and tend to sip on it just because it's there! However, with me it bloats me up, really odd, but I have to go easy on the water and drink more milk with a spoon of coffee or coke in it instead...but more calories of course. Thanks about the 100 carbs too, I'm bad on those. BAC

Ugh, i know water can make you feel bloated and icky, but it helps so much when you are trying to lose weight. Just do like Bac, and take small sips at a time. It all adds up! :]

Drinking the water is about the only thing I can do right. I started making myself drink so much an hour, (lot's of time in the bathroom)by the time I get home from work I have drank my required amount for the day.
