Went a little over on calories yesterday. I was starving after my workout and ate a hamburger patty with an egg and swiss cheese after the low-carb burger from Carl's Jr. I still dropped weight, so everything is good. Even better: my bodyfat went down by 0.1 percent, and my muscle is up 0.1%. This is part of a rend over the last week, so the weight loss is definitely going in the right direction. I'm off to the gym for cardio. I'll upload a progress photo after.
