Went to keto calculator it said I should do 1665 cal 128 gram fat 21 gram carb 108 gram protein I don’t eat that much but I am going to try eating more see how it goes thank you all for your help Thanks Cindylou

If you are going to be keto that carb number is very crucial. Don't worry that much about calories. If you get into ketosis that part will usually stabilize fine on its own. If you have too many carbs, however, ketosis, may not happen

Great start, Cindylou! It's important to count "net carbs" (total carb grams minus dietary fiber grams) among your food diary columns. Concentrate on high-fiber vegetables among your carbohydrates.
