It's taken a long time to get here, but I finally feel ready. I am ready to tackle weight loss. I am ready to overcome food addiction and emotional eating. I am ready to have more energy so that I may live an active life for my 6 month old daughter. This is no longer about simply losing weight. It's about a lifestyle change and living a healthy life.
I can't do it alone. I have support-from my husband, from my family, and from God. I can do this. I really want this, so I am going to go for it.
