Things are so stressful right now. I want the storm to settle. I want things at work to not be so crazy. But more importantly, I want to stuff my face with carbs and chocolate. When I'm stressed, worried, anxious, and depressed all at once, it feels like my diet controls me. I have not given in to my cravings...yet. But I feel like I will.
Today is just one of those days where I want to go hide in my bed under all the covers and watch Friends all day while eating crap. haha oh boy. I hope it doesn't amount to that.

Well, this week was a total flop for me. I'm not sure about everyone else, but I can say that my habbits change when my daily routine changes. This past week, my company has had to cut back on hours due to lack of sales. I am thankful to still have my normal hours but a lot of the work load has fallen on my shoulders this week. I'm not very stressed, just busy :) Here's to new rhythms.

I love bread...and brownies. All carbs really. I've gone three weeks of eating relatively light, but that all changed when my boss bought pizza for lunch for the whole company. Did I mention I love pizza? Yeah. Well that resulted in buying brownie mix and rolls to go with last nights dinner. I feel no shame; however, I do feel bloated like a balloon. A LARGE balloon. Going to try and reset this weekend. :)
