What is Intermittent Fasting:

For those who do not know what Intermittent Fasting (IF) is, it is basically a “cycle” between periods of fasting and healthy eating (NOT OVEREATING.)

A popular form of IF is the 16/8 method which entails fasting for 16 hours every day with an 8-hour eating window. Traditionally, during the fast you only consume water. However, some have been known to drink black coffee as there is some debate as to its effects onautophagy and fat loss.

I will be doing a full 24hrs worth of fasting before consuming my food. During every fast I will drink 3L of water so that I can keep my body hydrated and running efficiently.

With IF, insulin levels drop significantly — thus, accelerating the fat-burning mechanism of the body. It is also shown to reduce free radicals and boost the cellular repair processes in the body.

I do not know, dear, maybe not, I was out of the diet for two weeks. I started a low carb 50g carb two days, I feel comfortable and faint, I want to weigh tomorrow, wish me luck.😍😅

Good luck for sure. If you are going to go keto I think I would focus on getting into ketosis before worrying about fasting. To get into ketosis you need to keep carbs low (20 net carbs max) , keep protein reasonable and use fat to fill up with. Once you get there fasting gets easier and also more rewarding for weightloss. But obviously you can low carb without ketosis and fast withough keto as well and get benefits

Thank you for your support. In fact, I have reached my goal and I do not want to be a kittogank. I want to be low carb just to control my desire to eat, and intermittent fasting with a reduced carp is so great. But when I eat sweets and food outside the house or pizza and pastries, I reduce carp 20 g for a week, and 1200 calories, then go back to 50 g carp. I do not know if this is true but comfortable as a life style
