Great job! Sometimes I think my doctor is too nice about my weight - but it is really easy to blame someone else. So glad you got the scarves - they are a great reminder of how you are succeeding!

Scarves of Pleasure! Scarves of Pain! (From a song). Anyway, good job. It is wild when these doctors overseas just spit out "Your obese!" when your there for something totally unrelated and perhaps even more of an immediate issue. I also appreciate when they tell you matter of factly "You cannot eat McDonalds!". Thanks Doc, good job on that one. I am sure the Medical School of Bombay is really proud of your work. Anyway, have a great day.
