Doing great!
...Well, I went to eat at a Indian food buffet today for lunch. It may damage me, but it was soooo worth it! I will make sure to do some cardio today after work! :)
I really wanted to go down to 135 or 130 before I went to Japan (which is June 15) but I can see I won't hit that goal. At the same time, this website is great because even though my weight loss is soooo slow, it shows me on average I'm losing 5 pounds a month. It keeps me thinking, yes! There is a difference!
On a different note, one of my friends noticed my weight loss and commented on it without me having to say anything! It felt GREAT!
