another 3.7 pounds gone in a week. I hope I can keep it going.
238.7 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have cut my carbs down to less than 15% of my caloric intake. I am not really doing keto but a keto type diet.
