So, today is a new day, right? That is my new motto. I did horrible with my eating this weekend and that is probably why I am exhausted today. That and I stayed up late writing my paper for school. My new goal this week is to be in bed no later than 10:00. Wish it was earlier but don't think it could happen!

So, I guess I am going okay today. I'm not hungry but also not "satisfied" which is one of my big problems. I need to learn that we eat to survive, not to make ourselves happy. My entire life, food has made me happy, until the weight came along with it. I just need to chance my thinking.
