Its been a great result this last week, but the next 2 weeks will be the test, My job takes me away interstate 2 weeks every month, I will get plenty of exercise moving furniture on and off the truck every second day, every other day just drive from one state to the next which is the problem...and eating good food on the road is hard, its not like I get an hour to sit down in a restaurant or cafe. I leave home on Sunday, My goal in this 2 weeks is to maintain my weight loss
