Just downloaded the app yesterday. I am a morbidly obese woman. I need to lose almost 200 pounds to get to my ideal healthy weight. I put weight loss as my goal and it gave me a 2200 calorie daily goal. This seems too high. Is this because of how much my starting weight is?

Anyway, the app seems easy to use and so far today I’ve only had 1340 calories. This app sure makes you think about what you eat and how much.
