Something I noticed this morning-the more water I drink-the more I retain. So weighing in in the morning is not turning out to be the best time for me. I will not record the 3lb retention weight I am seeing this morning becasue I know I did not gain three pounds in 1 day. My weight was exactly the same as last week all weekend long until this morning and I have not cheated, so it has to be water.
On a good note- the sun is FINALY out today!!
