Well, I finally came up with my stripper name - it's "Yummy"! Co-worker's name is "Desert Queen". The classes are a killer. Who knew it took so many toned muscles to swing up, around, and upside down a pole! Gosh, I just wished I had taken this class 27 years ago after my first child!

Morning Exercise - 1 hour walk. Abs class has been cancelled for today but still will do the 45 minutes on cross training.

A lot of compliments from Hubby this morning and that really helps--I need all the motivation I can get at a time like this.

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs, shredded wheat/banana, coffee w/cream
Lunch - JC Stuffed Chicken Sandwich
