I am on my third day and doing good! It's not as hard as I thought it would be. I am walking 1.5 miles a day and doing really, really good with my food choices! I haven't weighed in any, it says not to so I am trying to wait!

Sounds like you are off to a great start! Keep it up and defiantly don't weigh yourself until the 10th day, it is more of a celebration if you wait! Keep doing what you are doing!!!!
