After 3 weeks in the UK I expected a gain and it was worth it...

Back to eating healthy and focusing on gym...

Happy New Year Everyone...
161.6 lb Lost so far: 55.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
