Did 40 minutes of Yoga X - started at beginning - skipped moving yoga poses - went straight to balancing poses, and stretchs. Skipped the yoga belly 7 moves - after yesterday's hip/lower ab pain - didn't want to revisit that. Felt good afterwards!
Was hungry last night after supper. Did not snack.
This morning I ate my normal breakfast and still wanted something - got an 80 calorie whole wheat pita with 1 TBSP jelly. It hit the spot. Yeah!
Stopped in and picked up Pepsi Max this morning....needed a little extra. Drinking bottled water for most part today - too lazy/too late to fill up 50 fl oz and 32 fl oz bottle.
TODAY IS MY FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tomorrow we head to Ceasar's Head!
