The only thing I see as a positive is that I am not at the same starting weight when I started FS. I am better about exercising but again, I vowed to go 20 min. per day and I have not done that. I am getting a handle on the amount of food I eat--When I do record everything, I can't fool myself and say I am within my RDI because I am not.

As they say, "Tomorrow is another day" so I will live by that and stick to it every day.
189.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
