Well, today it has been one year since I joined fatsecret. I reached my weight goal and have even been somewhat in maintenance mode for several weeks now. I'm not completely where I want to be, (body fat percentage and belly fat aren't where I'd like them) but I'm wearing smaller clothes than I have in at least 10 years. (I'm particularly pleased with my 30x30 jeans) While fatsecret isn't perfect by any means, I don't think I'd be where I am today without it. And the good thing is that I'm not doing anything diet-wise that I can't maintain permanently. I've even allowed myself sweet snacks on a regular basis, but I make room for them in my allotted calories, and I still managed to lose the weight. Here's to continued health and maintenance.
