Finally the scale is moving again. Hope it lasts....
209.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1597 kcal Fat: 109.65g | Prot: 96.14g | Carb: 36.07g.   Breakfast: Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk), whey protein isolate vanilla, tea, organic soy beverage, cocoa, Coffee (Instant Powder, Decaffeinated). Lunch: green beans, Medium Cheddar Cheese Sliced, ground beef. Dinner: Heavy Whipping Cream, Real Mayonnaise, fresh cut washed coleslaw. Snacks/Other: atkins shake, red wine, cindycloud. more...
